The following is our PROVEN recruitment process:
- Listen carefully to our Clients’ requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.
- Perform a salary survey for every job order and share the results with our Clients.
- Search our internal, extensive, proprietary database of over 120,000 candidates, and our national recruiting network to find the right Candidates for our Clients.
- Prepare customized Candidate questionnaires that contain questions regarding Client requirements, Candidate skill set, experience, performance, job tenure and cultural fit.
- Submit questionnaires to Candidates and score their responses.
- Perform in-depth personal candidate interviews.
- Prepare written, professional, detailed Referral Presentations that include Candidate responses to the questions in our customized questionnaires and the results of the personal interviews. For sales Candidates, we include three years sales performance vs quota.
