Job summary: Exciting Inside Sales Management position selling market-leading SaaS applications to retail businesses throughout the U.S. Outstanding compensation plan. Sell large customers personally. Reports to CEO.
Base salary $80,000 (may vary with candidate experience and competence). Sales Rep override 5%. Commissions on personal sales 20%. Overrides and Commissions are not capped and are paid for new sales and for annual renewals.
Candidate work location: Fort Lee, NJ.

• Lead a team of Inside Sales Reps selling an on-line software (SaaS) application to retail businesses throughout the U.S.
• Full responsibility for hiring, mentoring, training, managing and expanding sales team.
• Expand sales team from 3 to 8 Sales Reps.
• Personal sales for large customers.
• Minimum 4 years Inside SaaS Sales Management experience.
• Successful sales management track record.
