Job Summary: B2B field sales position selling mechanical systems and service contracts in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Business development and account management. Mechanical systems/HVAC sales experience is not required. Base salary $70-80k. Accelerated commission percentages based on amount of sales. Accelerated commissions start at 80% of Plan. Estimated commissions are $50k at plan. Commissions are not capped and are significantly higher over Plan. (Most Sales Executives do not achieve Plan in the first year.) This is a remote position. Products Sold: HVAC equipment and service contracts for commercial and healthcare projects.
• Sell HVAC installations, modifications and service contracts in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
• Business development and account management.
• Achieve or exceed quota.
• Manage full sales cycle including lead development, obtaining project scope, presentation and close.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Technical training and sales support will be provided by company.

• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
