PROVEN Recruiting Method
Our recruiting method has been PROVEN to be successful since we started our firm on January 1, 2010. We take the time to learn about your job and your company and prepare customized candidate questionnaires based on your requirements. We identify, screen, evaluate, and refer candidates based on skillset, job tenure, performance, experience, and cultural fit. Candidates who pass our initial screen participate in multiple interviews using our customized questionnaires. During interviews we discuss prior jobs and ask probing questions regarding challenges, successes, failures, relationships with supervisors and peers, reasons for leaving and other job-related issues.
One of our recruiting tools is a national recruiting database of over 120,000 candidates, most of whom have not initiated a job search. This extensive database allows us to refer qualified candidates within five business days of receiving your job order.
We prepare detailed presentations for all candidates who we select for referral. For sales candidates we include three years of sales performance vs. quotas.
Our referral fee is 20% of candidate first-year base salary including Executive Searches. There are no additional charges and you pay us only if you hire our candidate.
