  • We identify candidates using your requirements and our national database of over 120,000 candidates.
  • We screen hundreds of resumes for every job order, so you don’t have to.
  • Candidates who pass our screen participate in in-depth interviews.
  • We prepare customized interview questions based on your requirements.
  • During the interviews we evaluate candidates for skill set, experience, past performance, job tenure and cultural fit.
  • We confirm the information in candidate resumes and applications.
  • We ask probing questions about current and past employment.
  • We discuss successes, failures, relationships with supervisors and peers, reasons for leaving and other job related issues.
  • We prepare professional, detailed Referral Presentations for all candidates who we select for referral. For sales candidates we include three years sales performance vs. quotas.
