- We identify candidates using our database of over 120,000 candidates.
- We screen hundreds of resumes and applications for every job order, so you don’t have to.
- Candidates who pass our screen participate in in-depth interviews.
- We evaluate candidates based on client requirements and candidate skill set, experience, past performance, job tenure and cultural fit.
- We confirm the information in candidate resumes and applications.
- We ask probing questions about current and past employment.
- We discuss successes, failures, relationships with supervisors and peers, reasons for leaving and other job related issues.
- We prepare customized interview questions based on your requirements.
- We prepare professional, detailed Referral Presentations for all candidates who we select for referral. For sales candidates we include three years sales performance vs. quotas.
