- Initial screen. We perform an initial screen by processing your requirements against our proprietary internal database of over 120,000 talented individuals to quickly identify candidates. We also leverage our national recruiting network to source candidates.
- Candidate evaluations. We evaluate candidates based on the following criteria: skill set, experience, past performance, job tenure and personality. We prepare customized candidate questionaires that include our evaluation criteria and client requirements. Candidate answers to the questionaires are graded to determine which candidates will be invited for personal interviews.
- Personal interviews. We perform in-depth candidate interviews. During these interviews we confirm information in candidate resumes and applications, discuss every job including the reasons candidates left and ask questions about performance, relationships with other team members and supervisors and other work related issues.
- Referral presentations. We prepare professional, detailed Referral Presentations for all candidates selected for referral. For sales candidates we include three years sales performance vs. quotas.

In the event of resignation or termination for any reason within 120 days of date of hire we will provide a replacement candidate at no charge.
