Consider what there is about your company that would make it attractive to you, i.e. growth rate, industry, culture, management’s relationship with employees, proximity to good schools and beaches, etc., and include these items. Add positive feedback from recent hires, customer endorsements, awards that the company has won, “employee perks” and other attributes that will encourage candidates to want to join your team.
Don’t fall into the trap of “asking for the moon” in job descriptions. Include only requirements that have been proven to correlate with success rather than anecdotal information. Clearly identify required and preferred criteria.
