Job Summary: The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling software to new and existing customers. The company will train entry level candidates and provide warm leads. Software presentations are provided by Technical support. Customer support is provided by a Customer Support team.
This position has full sales cycle responsibility including lead generation via phone, direct e-mail, and the Internet. Other responsibilities include qualifying, building and maintaining relationships, determining requirements, coordinating demonstrations, presenting quotes and closing. Customers are U.S. and international industrial, academic and government biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.
Territories are combinations of U.S. and international regions. Work hours are flexible, i.e. 8 am-5 pm, 9 am-6 pm and 10 am-7pm. Less than 10 days per year travel. Job location is Ann Arbor, MI.
