Job Summary |
B2B Sales Executive position selling doors, door hardware, and electronic access control systems including video and intercom systems. Convert a large number of inbound leads and self-generated leads to new sales and sell additional business to current clients. Significant repeat business.
Base salary is $55,000 -70,000 per year. Higher base salary for the right candidates.聽 Commissions are 4% on all sales and are uncapped. Total first year income is projected to be $105-110,000 based on current sales staff income. Annual compensation reviews. |

Clients are all types of organizations, i.e. business, education, industry, government, healthcare and purchasing cooperatives and 聽include the State of NJ, Princeton University, Comcast, Verizon, and UPenn.
Small company, team oriented, client and employee focused, flat organization. Management is accessible to all employees. No internal politics. Currently there are four full time sales representatives. |

Requirements |
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 4 years recent experience selling doors, door hardware and electronic access control.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hunter 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to build and maintain client relationships. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven self-starter, attention to detail, excellent follow up, familiar with or ability to learn technical/industry specifications, exceptional problem solving ability, curious, excellent listening skills, outgoing, focused on personal and company success, and integrity. |
