Job Summary

Experienced or entry level business to business sales position selling doors, door hardware, and electronic access control including video and intercom systems. Convert a large number of inbound leads and self-generated leads to new sales and sell additional business to current customers. Significant repeat business. You will have current customers assigned to you.

Base salary is $35-40,000 per year. Commissions are 4% on all sales and are uncapped. Quota is $500,000.聽 Annual compensation reviews. New position due to growth.

Territory will be assigned in NJ, eastern PA, NY or DE. Company will provide comprehensive training. Immediate start is available.

Company Description

Rapidly growing, leading provider of doors, door hardware, electronic access control since 1982. Clients are all types of organizations, i.e. business, education, industry and healthcare and include the State of NJ, Princeton University, Comcast, Verizon, and UPenn.

Small company, team oriented, customer and employee focused, flat organization. Management is accessible to all employees. No internal politics. Currently there are four full time sales representatives.

Responsibilities

Sell doors, door hardware and electronic access control to new and existing clients.

Requirements

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Entry level or experienced sales representative.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Self-starter, attention to detail, excellent follow up, familiar with or ability to learn technical/industry specifications, exceptional problem solving ability, curious, excellent listening skills, outgoing, focused on personal and company success, integrity and ability to build and maintain client relationships.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Clean driver鈥檚 license.

Preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience selling doors, door hardware and access control.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience as a Sales Representative, Estimator, Asset Manager, Locksmith or Project Manager.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with construction, field service/trades, door sales, door safety, security, property management,聽 logistics, law enforcement or IT.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 College degree or college credits.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Sales and/or Marketing major.
