Responsible for the sales of population health management solutions to health plans including preparing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

·       Sell population health management solution to health plans

·       Prepare and execute sales and marketing campaigns

·       Understand and present the company value proposition and solution benefits to all health plan levels

·       Stay current with changes in the health plan marketplace

·       Ensure prospect database contains current information on revenue potential, close probability, etc. for all prospects

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key health plan prospects and customers

·       Use solution/consultative selling methodologies

·       Responsible for all decisions related to achieving company health plan revenue goals and strategies

Requirements

GENERAL:

·       5+ years of experience selling services, solutions and/or products into the health plan market,

·       Experience selling solutions to manage risk to Medicare Advantage, Medicare Advantage STAR, Commercial ACO and other types of health plans

·       Familiar with health plan medical economics

·       Experience with total care management and managed care solutions

·       Proven and strong track record of building and maintaining “C Suite” relationships including relationships that can be leveraged to increase sales

·       Proven track record of negotiating, closing contracts

·       Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales activity, revenue, and profit goals

·       Experience in large, complex sales involving multiple decision makers and/or stakeholders

·       Experience in “solution” vs. “product” sales, including ROI selling techniques

·       Experience selling hosted solutions

·       Ability to prepare, present and execute a business plan

·       Top 10% or greater performance in current and previous position

·       Ability to travel 50% or greater

EDUCATION:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Administration or related health field
