We evaluate candidates who pass our initial screen with a proprietary candidate questionnaire, which we customize for each job order based on Client requirements. We interview candidates and ask probing questions about their previous positions; past performance; relationships with customers, prospects, supervisors and peers, and their reasons for changing jobs. When we refer candidates we prepare detailed Referral Presentations that go beyond resumes to provide Clients with the confidence that the candidates will contribute to their organizations’ success. For sales candidates we include three years sales performance vs sales goals.
