Referring the right candidates starts with talent identification. CNI Recruiting understands how to identify top candidates in both local and national recruiting markets. We also know how to accurately discuss your open positions and your organization with candidates in a way that will interest them, including individuals who have not started a job search. We screen candidates to determine if they are a match for our Clients based on their skill set, experience, performance, cultural fit and job tenure history. We evaluate candidates who pass our initial screen with a proprietary candidate questionnaire, which we customize for each job order based on Client requirements. We interview candidates and ask probing questions about their previous positions; past performance; relationships with customers, prospects, supervisors and peers, and their reasons for changing jobs. When we refer candidates we prepare detailed Referral Presentations that go beyond resumes to provide Clients with the confidence that the candidates will contribute to their organizations’ success. For sales candidates we include three years sales performance vs sales goals.
