Finding Talent
CNI Recruiting leverages an internal national database of over 120,000 candidates, multiple external databases, a national recruiting network and extensive advertising at our expense to find candidates who meet your job requirements. We evaluate candidates based on skill set, experience, past performance, job tenure and cultural fit. We screen hundreds of resumes for each job order, so you don’t have to. We also perform a salary survey for every job order and share the results with our Clients.
Candidate Evaluation
Candidates who pass our screen participate in initial phone interviews and receive questionnaires with questions that are customized for your job. We score candidates to determine who will be invited for in-depth phone interviews. During these interviews we confirm information in candidate resumes, discuss every job including the reasons candidates left and ask about work relationships with other team members and supervisors. We prepare professional, detailed Referral Presentations for all candidates selected for referral and for sales candidates we include three years sales performance vs. quotas.
