Intensive candidate evaluations.
In addition to screening candidates for your requirements, we review them for skill set, experience, past performance and cultural fit.  Of these, past performance is the most important, because it is the best indicator of future performance and, to a certain extent, includes the other three criteria.  We prepare customized candidate questionnaires with questions based on Client requirements and we carefully consider candidate answers. The final phase in our evaluation involves one or more intensive personal interviews during which we ask probing questions. As the result, we refer only qualified candidates and our clients receive fewer resumes, which saves them valuable time and money and allows them to focus their recruiting on the right candidates.

Professional Referral Presentation.
When we refer candidates we submit a written, detailed, professional Referral Presentations that include candidate responses to our custom questionnaires and the results of our personal interviews.  For sales candidates, we include three years sales performance vs. quota.
