When we refer a candidate we submit a written, detailed, professional Referral Presentation that includes candidate responses to our custom questionnaires and the results of our personal interviews. For sales candidates, we include three years sales performance vs quota. We understand what is required to recruit successfully in the complex U.S. recruiting markets and we are successfully doing so on a daily basis.
